1.What is the funniest thing you remember as a child?
Top of the World by The Carpenters. I always find myself humming the tune in my head, "Everything I want the world to be is now comin' true especially for me" and I immediately think of my inspirational mother. As a high school graduate and associate degree recipient, I feel the sky is the limit because of her undying love and support.
2.What is the one piece of clothing you wish you owned?
The first Saks Fifth Avenue in New York. There have always been two great joys of shopping here, the discovery of the very best and the delight of a great deal. Whether I'm school shopping or simply in search of a cute, casual ensemble, I never seem to go wrong here. If you believe in love at first sight and shop, then you definitely should stop into Saks the next time you're in New York!
3.What season of the year is your favorite and why?
My family took a trip to Amana, Iowa and had the opportunity to visit the historic commune, a national historic landmark and one of America's longest lived communal societies. I was able to witness workers of German descent weave traditional cloth by not only utilizing their hands, but their feet as well. It gave me a greater appreciation and understanding that nothing worth
having comes easily.
4.What is your favorite movie?
All types of water sports, with paddle boarding being my personal favorite. I absolutely love cruising the ocean near my family's home in the Florida Keys. During my last experience, I actually witnessed a school of dolphins keeping pace with my board; talk about vitamins for the eyes!
